COVID-19: Update from our CEO
The world is a very uncertain place right now, and it’s hard to stop thinking about anything other than the impact of COVID on our communities and loved ones.
I wanted to provide an update on how we are dealing with COVID at Advoc8, while helping customers adapt to the challenges presented during these difficult times.
Our top priority right now is ensuring the health and safety of our staff, customers and communities. We have already activated our Business Continuity Plan, and implemented a work from home policy for all our staff, who have been set up to continue providing first class service to customers, and providing our solutions and services uninterrupted.
We’ve also seen an increase in usage of our platform as more of our customers transition to remote working. For those teams with traditionally high-levels of in-person engagement, the transition to online communication can be bumpy, especially in industries like health and energy that are working with governments and industry counterparts more than ever.
We are here to support and unite those teams.
There’s no doubt that this time presents new challenges for government and stakeholder engagement. We are committed to helping all teams on the frontline, working to get through the pandemic, and sometimes quite literally, keeping the lights on.
As COVID continues to impact us all, we will continue to support where we can, and welcome any ideas and feedback on how else we can help in these unprecedented circumstances.
